This site is published by the makers of Liberto, a paid hypnosis app for stopping smoking and vaping. If you download it, we are paid.
What that changes
It changes which pages you should read most sceptically: the ones about hypnosis and about apps. Read those knowing who wrote them, and note that both state the evidence against as well as for.
What it does not change
No page on this site recommends Liberto over a method with better evidence. The pages about nicotine replacement, prescription medication and free national quit programmes describe them on their own terms, and where those have stronger trial support than hypnosis, they say so.
No third-party advertising
There is no advertising on this site, no affiliate link to any product, and no sponsored content. The only thing being sold is the app, and it is named.
